Dr. Leslie Warwick
Dr. Leslie Warwick is a Boise, ID local who recently moved back to the area to create health in her beloved hometown. She is a 2010 graduate of Centennial High School; where she was a four-time varsity tennis athlete, one-time state champion and two-time varsity basketball athlete; winning two district championships and placing second in the state.
After graduation, Dr. Warwick headed to Northwest Nazarene University on a basketball scholarship where she obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Kinesiology; Recreational Management and Athletic Training. Dr. Warwick was also on the All-Academic Athletic Team three times in a row and Captain for the basketball team during her junior and senior years.
Believing that health is not something broken but something we create, Dr. Warwick went to Southern California University of Health Sciences to earn her Doctor of Chiropractic. There, she sat on the EAC Board for three years, serving as the academic liaison between her classmates and the professor. Dr. Warwick completed multiple exciting internships during her time in L.A. Dr. Warwick had the opportunity to work with top athletes at an internship with TCR, a professional football training facility for the NFL and prospective NFL players. Dr. Warwick was also an intern for a clinic in Santa Monica named Altus, which treated and trained patients who ranged from celebrity movie stars and athletes to pregnant mothers and their children.
Dr. Warwick specializes in a specific soft tissue technique called Active Release Therapy (ART) and also uses a diversified adjusting style. She believes the more tools and techniques she has, the better she can help patients get back to health.
Additionally, Dr. Warwick is the CEO/President of Empowered Chiropractic and Fitness. She hopes to soon have a facility that incorporates many professional health care providers, such as other doctors of chiropractic, massage therapists, acupuncturists, registered dietitians, physical therapists and personal trainers. The dream of an integrated office is the goal that Dr. Warwick is working towards so she can provide the best possible care for each and every patient.

Empowered Chiropractic and Fitness was founded by Dr. Warwick on August 1, 2018. It took launch on January 1, 2019, after merging with its starter clinic Alpine Cottage Chiropractic. The former owner of Alpine Cottage, Dr. Whalen, works diligently to share and mentor Dr. Warwick and Empowered Chiropractic and Fitness to become a well-functioning and sustainable clinic.
At our locally owned clinic, we believe in creating a health plan that is unique and catered to each patient. We hope to empower you to take control of your health and understand that you don't have to be dependent on medication and restricted lifestyles and diets.
